Panna Cotta
Ingredients
Serves 6- 1 tbsp Cooking spray
- 355 ml Whole milk
- 3 tsp Powdered gelatin
- 80 ml Granulated sugar
- 355 ml Cream light or heavy
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract pure
- 1 pinch Kosher salt

Method

Spray the ramekins with cooking spray and wipe out most of the oil with a paper towel, leaving a light residue.

Pour whole milk into a saucepan and sprinkle powdered gelatin over it.
- Step 3
Let the mixture soften for 5 minutes until the surface is wrinkled and gelatin appears wet.

Warm the milk over low heat, stirring frequently, without letting it boil.
- Step 5
Rub a bit of the milk between your fingers to check smoothness after about 2 minutes.

Stir granulated sugar into the milk and continue warming until dissolved.

Remove from heat and whisk in cream, vanilla extract, and kosher salt.

Divide the mixture among ramekins and refrigerate to chill.

Fill a large bowl with warm water, dip a ramekin up to its rim for about 3 seconds.

Run a thin knife around the sides, invert the ramekin over a plate, and shake gently to release the panna cotta.

Serve immediately or refrigerate, lightly covered, for up to 5 days.
